2、 Purpose:
The particulate matter in the flue is collected using the pitot tube constant velocity sampling weight method, the harmful gases in the flue are determined using the positioning electrolysis method, and the moisture content in the flue is determined using the dry wet bulb method. It can be widely used in environmental monitoring, labor protection, industrial hygiene, factories and mining enterprises to sample particulate matter and harmful gas concentrations in pipeline pollution sources. It can also be applied to evaluate and calibrate the accuracy of continuous flue gas measurement instruments.
3、 Performance characteristics
1. One machine is versatile and can measure smoke, exhaust gas, oil fume, asphalt smoke, and real-time read parameters such as moisture content, flow rate, dynamic pressure, static pressure, smoke temperature, and exhaust gas (such as O2, SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2, H2S).
2. Adopting a high load, low noise, and high flow pump, the flow rate can reach 80L/min.
3. The entire instrument adopts a one-time molding mold ABS protective box, which has the advantages of small size, sturdy structure, and beautiful appearance.
4. Optional multifunctional oil fume sampling tube for oil fume sampling and analysis. Optional intelligent flue gas preprocessor can filter, heat and dehydrate the flue gas in the flue, making the measurement data more accurate.
5. Optional titanium alloy dust sampling tube, sulfuric acid mist sampling tube, hydrochloric acid mist sampling tube, hydrogen chloride sampling tube, fluoride sampling tube, heavy metal sampling tube, semi volatile organic compound sampling gun, etc.
6. The host adopts a high-performance microcontroller embedded structure and a microcomputer data direct reading software design for querying, printing, and automatic storage of sampled data. The sampling results can be directly printed through the RS232 interface, or exported using a USB flash drive for computer storage or printing. The instrument host can automatically recognize the size of the USB flash drive for convenient data storage.
7. Automatically remember the monitoring parameters entered last time, prioritize use for the next power on, achieve quick one click sampling, and can also save monitoring parameters for arbitrary retrieval and use.
8. The unique three in one design of drying, filtering, and anti backflow suction in the steam water separator can efficiently dry moisture, filter dust, and reduce the impact of backflow suction on flow rate, achieving long-term operation without cleaning.
9. Wide temperature LCD display, adjustable backlight and brightness, Chinese human-machine dialogue menu display, illustrated with text, simple and clear. Users can directly operate with the rich online operation prompts of the instrument. The three key backlight and contrast adjustment are simple and clear.
10. Multi level optoelectronic isolation, multi CPU fault-tolerant structure, each CPU monitors the working status of each other, alarms in case of errors, and overcomes electrostatic interference and breakdown.
11. Equipped with a visual front plug-in high-efficiency gas water separator that can be disassembled separately, effectively filtering out the impact of water and gas on pipeline and flue gas measurement results.
12. Automatically adjust parameters such as temperature and pressure, and standard condition data can be directly read out.
13. Linear calibration of various parameters of the instrument can be directly performed through a waterproof keyboard. Password must be entered for instrument maintenance and calibration, and permission management is also available to ensure the safety of all instrument parameters.
14. Using imported pressure sensors and imported electrochemical sensors for measurement results is more accurate. The integrated design of electrochemical sensors and signal modules includes temperature and linear compensation as well as cross interference correction functions to ensure testing accuracy.
15. Adopting corrosion-resistant high flow rate adjustable speed smoke sampling pump and electronic flowmeter, with fast response and high tracking efficiency. The flue gas pipeline adopts tetrachloroethylene pipeline without adsorption, and adopts electronic flowmeter constant current sampling to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
16. It has power outage protection function, which saves data during AC power outage, automatically restores sampling during AC incoming call, deducts the power outage time during the sampling process, and allows users to query the power outage time.
17. The instrument is a dual-purpose AC/DC type, equipped with a built-in large capacity imported lithium battery cell. It can work in situations without AC power supply and has a continuous working time of more than 3 hours (with filter cartridge, connecting tube, 40L, 15kpa).
18. It can store various parameters of the system settings, facilitate user use, directly access system settings or sampling settings, and has system recovery function and file batch and selective deletion function.
